From the idea to the finished exhibition exhibit
The path to an impressive trade show demonstrator or interactive functional model begins with your wishes and ideas, whether you already have concrete ideas or would like to be inspired by us regarding product presentation. Together we create a solid concept for an exhibition model that showcases your product perfectly. You determine the framework; our expertise fills the creative scope, tailored to your wishes.

The virtual 3D model
The 3D model is the first step to making the exhibit tangible. It allows all details and functions to be implemented precisely according to your requirements.

The real exhibition model
The finished exhibit turns your vision into reality. With state-of-the-art technology and impressive design it becomes the highlight of your booth.

Manufacture of the exhibit in the metal and wood workshop
In the workshop, traditional craftsmanship and modern machining technology come together to bring your exhibit to life. Every detail is crafted with care so that your presentation model not only convinces technically but also impresses visually. The use of modern machine tools guarantees highest quality and reliable functionality.

Precisely manufactured model with CNC milling technology

Production of the special parts of the exhibit with modern 3D printing
Modern 3D printing processes enable the production of special parts with complex geometries that are hardly feasible with traditional methods. Durable and robust materials such as carbon-fiber-reinforced high-temperature nylon (PAHT-CF) are used. This allows rapid prototype development and quick adjustments in the development process.

Assembly and wiring of the presentation model in the electrical workshop
Wiring of the demonstration model takes place in the electrical workshop. All electronic components are professionally integrated and the control unit is connected with sensors, actuators and display elements. Professional measurement technology checks the model's safe and reliable operation. Clean cable routing creates a solid basis for future extensions.

Programming of the demonstrator software
The specially developed software brings the exhibit to life. For time-critical applications, such as smooth LED effects, the highly efficient programming language C++ is used on microcontrollers. Dynamic visualizations on trade show displays or LED propellers are created using JavaScript, VB.NET or Swift on powerful mini PCs. If your product is a sensor or actuator, it will be fully functionally integrated for an impressive product presentation.

Assembly of all components into an exhibit
When all components are brought together, mechanics, electronics and software merge into a perfectly coordinated overall system that unites functionality and design. Through careful workmanship, an aesthetically pleasing and technically reliable exhibit is created that will delight visitors at the trade show.

Commissioning and test runs of the functional model
The exhibit is commissioned and intensively tested. Fine-tuning of mechanics, electronics and software is performed for maximum performance. Careful inspection of all components and connections as well as long-term and stress tests ensure the reliable operation and longevity of the exhibition model.

Shipping of the trade show highlights in a custom transport case
For the safe transport of the exhibit a custom-made transport case is manufactured, which every trade show builder will appreciate. Massive edge protection, practical quick-release fasteners and sturdy carrying handles simplify the quick assembly and disassembly of the exhibit. Soft padding and form-fitting fixation inside protect the display piece during transport.

Product presentation at the trade show booth
The exhibition model specially developed for your trade show appearance impresses with its aesthetic design and striking visual effects that attract the attention of trade show visitors from a distance. This attractive effect creates a welcoming atmosphere and provides opportunities for natural conversation starters with potential prospects.
