Great product.Our company develops complex radar sensors and systems. Conveying how they work and their benefits to the customer is difficult without expertise. The task three years ago was to build a demo model for our trade shows that is both self-explanatory and impressive to our customers.

With the Glaser engineering office we found a company that impressed us from the first second. Johannes Glaser listened to us very carefully and understood precisely what we wanted and needed. Thanks to the extensive equipment of his machine shop, he was able to incorporate innovative ideas and possibilities so that in the end the finished radar demonstrator far exceeded our expectations.

What we particularly appreciate is the perfect adherence to time and cost. The quality manufacturing with an appropriate finish. The comprehensive and farsighted planning as an overall project. Among other things, Mr. Glaser also thought through the transport logistics very carefully. After 3 years we now also have long-term experience from now well over 7 trade shows where the demonstration model was used. It was also important to us to have comprehensive service from the Glaser engineering office and the interchangeability of parts so that the trade fair model still looks like the first day.

We now have the second trade show demonstrator in continuous use for a very important new product and the third is in planning.

According to our calculation, the demo model has already paid for itself after 2–3 trade shows. We receive very positive feedback from customers and also other exhibitors, and we were able to significantly increase our lead success by double digits, among other things through Mr. Glaser's trade fair models. By the way, we use the trade fair exhibits permanently in our office for customer meetings outside of trade show operations, i.e. 365 days a year.

There is only one reason not to recommend the Glaser engineering office: because then he would eventually have no time left for our new projects!

This year we wanted to show something special at our trade show booth.

When searching for a trade show builder for extraordinary exhibits, I came across Ingenieur Glaser. Already one day after my inquiry the first online meeting took place. Johannes immediately understood our concern and overnight worked out a trade-show-ready concept that brought the technical aspects to the point and combined them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we were able to view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was delighted.

Throughout the entire project phase Johannes kept us updated via a website with pictures, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we had been there live. Spontaneous phone calls and short-notice meetings were possible at any time. We were especially pleased about the personal visit to the trade show booth after project completion. The reliable and trusting collaboration with Johannes contributed significantly to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design, and technical know-how in one person. From planning to manufacturing to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great dedication and a lot of attention to detail. Thank you for the fantastic project and the extremely professional collaboration!

The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. Interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him.

As part of a development project, we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the circuit board in industrial quality, we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fitted well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solutions.

Mr. Glaser’s office response times were extraordinarily fast, the work was efficient and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and conducted using all possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the coronavirus pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Questions and short-notice change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser we succeeded, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, in economically efficient and successful completion of an ambitious prototype development within a tight timeframe. Mr. Glaser represents the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialist offices, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser took a holistic approach to the topic: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a masterpiece was created that far exceeded our expectations for robustness and user-friendliness. We are still enthusiastic! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong dedication, technical ingenuity and universal competence in one person.

As project and deputy department head, I would like to highlight on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research the outstanding performance of engineer Glaser with this review. In the course of the research project ROBBE - Robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser, as an external development engineer, made an important contribution to the success of the project.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with Wi-Fi and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially seemed like a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: to achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, demanding mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in C++ on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive to us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box before the agreed delivery date. In a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D-printed and CNC-milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the comprehensive documentation, the well-founded presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measurement technology exceeded our expectations. Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his grasp and structured approach. He immediately understood what mattered to me; turned my ideas into a concept and implemented them into reality in no time. Our collaboration is characterized by the fact that I can express my wishes and shortly afterwards am enthusiastic about the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc-Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-digit number of end devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their specifications immediately. Thus the software is continually optimized to customer wishes and grows with us.

In this review it is important to me to particularly emphasize communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very good and directly reachable, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. Also from an economic point of view, working with Mr. Glaser is an excellent investment that has paid off multiple times by now.

I would recommend him as a 'hidden gem' because he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.
