Within the scope of a development project, we got to know Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a sophisticated microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the circuit board in industrial quality, we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solutions.

The response times from Mr. Glaser's office were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and conducted with all possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Queries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser we managed, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, to complete an ambitious prototype development economically efficient and successfully within a tight timeframe. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of engineering firms, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

Great product. Our company develops complex radar sensors and systems. Conveying how they work and their advantages to customers is difficult without expertise. The task 3 years ago was to build a demo model for our trade shows that is both self-explanatory and impressive to our customers.

With the Glaser engineering office we found a company that impressed us from the first second. Johannes Glaser listened to us very carefully and understood precisely what we wanted and needed. Through the extensive equipment of his machine park, he was able to incorporate innovative ideas and possibilities, so that in the end the finished radar demonstrator significantly exceeded our expectations.

What we particularly appreciate is the perfect adherence to time and costs. The quality manufacturing with corresponding finish. The comprehensive and farsighted planning as an overall project. Among other things, Mr. Glaser also thought through the transport logistics very carefully. After 3 years we now also have long-term experience from now more than 7 trade shows where the demonstration model was used. Equally important to us was the comprehensive service by the Glaser engineering office and the interchangeability of parts, so that the trade fair model still looks like the first day.

Meanwhile we have the second trade show demonstrator in continuous use for a very important new product and the third is in planning.

According to our calculation, the demo model has already paid for itself after 2–3 trade shows. We receive very positive feedback from customers and also other exhibitors, and we were able to significantly increase our lead success by double-digit percentages, among other things thanks to Mr. Glaser's trade show models. We also use the trade show exhibits permanently in our office for customer meetings outside the trade show, i.e. 365 days a year.

There is only one reason not to recommend the Glaser engineering office: because then he would eventually have no time for our new projects!

This year we wanted to show something special at our trade fair booth.

In search of a trade fair builder for extraordinary exhibits, I came across Ingenieur Glaser. Already one day after my inquiry the first online meeting took place. Johannes immediately understood our concern and worked out a trade-show-ready concept overnight that pinpointed the technical aspects and combined them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we were able to view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was enthusiastic.

During the entire project phase, Johannes kept us updated via a website with pictures, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we were there live. Spontaneous phone calls and short-notice meetings were possible at any time. We were especially pleased about the personal visit to the trade fair booth after project completion. The reliable and trusting collaboration with Johannes significantly contributed to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design and technical know-how in one person. From planning to manufacturing to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great commitment and a lot of attention to detail. Thank you for the great project and the extremely professional collaboration!

The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. Interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him.

We must under no circumstances fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an unmanned industrial truck, the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Furthermore, from today's perspective, the maximum top gain for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted to - generally not write reviews. However, this indeed almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes within electronics and programming has now created the necessity to make our findings about working with him accessible to those who want to read them. For us at least, Johannes is now the yardstick in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could juggle so precisely - almost virtuoso - with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. This is, as mentioned, indeed "breathtaking" for us. And—this must be explicitly mentioned—not only in theoretical palavering and proposing possible solutions (for that the globe has companies and freelancers "en masse" available); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his proposed solutions on an electronic board, which then also function without complaint on first request. And that then also at top speed. For that we can and must bow, carried by deep conviction, and take our hats off "Chapeau" my dear Johannes "Chapeau". It may be that this, our statement, may seem overheated; but any reader can verify the truthfulness of what we have presented about Johannes within their own project where they get stuck. We are sure he cannot disappoint.

Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser approached the topic holistically: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a piece of work was created that far exceeded our expectations for robustness and ease of use. We are still thrilled! The demonstrator is now being used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence combined in one person.

Johannes, I am sure we will work together again!

Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his grasp and his structured approach. He immediately understood what was important to me; created a concept from my ideas and implemented it in no time. Our collaboration is characterized by the fact that I can express my wishes and shortly thereafter am enthusiastic about the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-digit number of devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their specifications immediately. In this way the software is continuously optimized to customer requirements and grows with us.

In this review it is important for me to particularly emphasize communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very good and directly reachable, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. From an economic perspective, too, working with Mr. Glaser is an excellent investment that has already paid off several times.

I would recommend him as a 'hidden gem' because he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.
