Under no circumstances do we want or may we fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an unmanned industrial truck, the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Furthermore, from today's perspective, the maximum top gain for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted to - basically not write reviews. However, the indeed almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes within electronics and programming has now made it necessary to make our findings from working with him available to anyone who wants to read them. For us at least, Johannes is today the benchmark in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could juggle so accurately - almost virtuoso - with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. This is, as mentioned, indeed "breathtaking" for us. And - this must be explicitly mentioned - not only in theoretical talk and proposing possible solutions (for that the globe has companies and freelancers "en masse" available); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his proposed solutions on a circuit board, which then also work without complaint on first request. And then also at top speed. For that we must and can bow deeply, supported by sincere conviction, and take our hats off "Chapeau" my dear Johannes "Chapeau". It may be that our statement may seem overheated; but any reader can verify the truthfulness of what we presented with Johannes within their own project where they are stuck. We are sure he will not disappoint.

As part of a development project, we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the circuit board in industrial quality, we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solution approaches.

The response times from Mr. Glaser's office were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were organized professionally and conducted with all possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Queries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser we succeeded, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, in completing an ambitious prototype development economically efficiently and successfully within a tight timeframe. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialist offices, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give Mr. Glaser our recommendation.

On behalf of SUCABO GbR, I would like to sincerely thank you for the work performed. Mr. Glaser was and is acting as a consultant within our project "Development of a sensor PCB" and he was able to distinguish himself very much through his competent knowledge and his structured way of working. Always friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure for me to work with him on a project! Further joint projects will follow.

Passion meets Quality - I only had a rough idea of how our radar trade fair demonstrator should look. However, it was clear which aspects of radar technology should be demonstrated. Fortunately I found engineer Glaser; he took on the task with great passion and inventiveness. In a few productive video calls the concept became clear quickly and implementation began in parallel.

Johannes Glaser approached the topic holistically: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a work of art was created that far exceeded our expectations for robustness and ease of use. We are still thrilled! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence embodied in one person.

Johannes, I'm sure we'll work together again!

As project and deputy department manager, I would like to use this review on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research to highlight the outstanding performance of engineer Glaser. In the course of the research project ROBBE - robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser made an important contribution to the success of the project as an external development engineer.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with Wi-Fi and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially seemed like a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex challenge: to achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, demanding mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the C++ programming language on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive to us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box before the agreed delivery date. Within a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D-printed and CNC-milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the comprehensive documentation, together with the sound presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measurement technology, exceeded our expectations. Thank you and respect for the excellent work and great collaboration.

Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his comprehension and structured approach. He immediately understood what mattered to me; created a concept from my ideas and turned it into reality in no time. Our collaboration is characterized by the fact that I can express my wishes and shortly thereafter am delighted with the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-digit number of endpoints for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their specifications immediately. Thus the software is continuously optimized according to customer wishes and grows with us.

In this review I particularly want to highlight communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very reachable and direct, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. From an economic perspective, the collaboration with Mr. Glaser is also an excellent investment that has paid off multiple times.

I would recommend him as a 'hidden gem' because he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.

Great product.Our company develops complex radar sensors and systems. Conveying how they work and their benefits to the customer is difficult without expert knowledge. The task three years ago was to build a demonstration model for our trade shows that is equally self-explanatory and impressive to our customers.

With the Glaser engineering firm we found a company that has impressed us from the first second. Johannes Glaser listened to us very closely and understood precisely what we wanted and needed. Thanks to the extensive equipment in his machine park, he was able to incorporate innovative ideas and possibilities, so that in the end the finished radar demonstrator far exceeded our expectations.

What we particularly appreciate is the perfect adherence to schedule and budget. The high-quality fabrication with an appropriate finish. The comprehensive and farsighted planning as an overall project. Among other things, Mr. Glaser also thought through the transport logistics very thoroughly. After 3 years we now also have long-term experience from a total of about 7 trade shows where the demonstration model was used. It was also important to us that Ingenieurbüro Glaser provided comprehensive service and that parts are interchangeable, so the trade show model still looks like the first day.

In the meantime we have the second trade show demonstrator in continuous use for a very important new product and the third is in planning.

According to our calculations, the demo model has already paid for itself after 2–3 trade shows. We receive very positive feedback from customers and other exhibitors, and we were able to significantly increase our lead success, among other things thanks to Mr. Glaser’s trade show models, by a double-digit percentage. By the way, we use the trade show exhibits continuously in our office for customer meetings outside of trade shows, i.e. 365 days a year.

There is only one reason not to recommend Ingenieurbüro Glaser: because then he might eventually have no time left for our new projects!
