Under no circumstances do we want or may we fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an unmanned industrial truck, the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Furthermore, from today's perspective, the maximum top gain for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted to - generally not write reviews. However, this almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes in electronics and programming has now created the necessity to make our findings from working with him accessible to anyone who wants to read them. For us at least, Johannes is now the benchmark in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could juggle so precisely - almost virtuoso - with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. This is, as mentioned, indeed "breathtaking" for us. And - this must be explicitly mentioned - not only in theoretical talk and proposing possible solutions (there are companies and freelancers available worldwide "en masse"); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his solution proposals on an electronics board, which then also function flawlessly on first request. And that at maximum speed. For this we can and must, supported by deep conviction, bow and take off our hats "Chapeau" my dear Johannes "Chapeau". It may be that this, our statement, may seem overheated; but any reader within their own project, where they cannot proceed, can verify the truthfulness of what we have presented about Johannes. We are sure, he cannot disappoint.

Coupled with the hope of being able to keep you with us in the long term.

As part of a development project we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the circuit board in industrial quality we were excellently looked after. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solution approaches.

Mr. Glaser's office response times were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and carried out with all the possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Queries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser it was possible, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, to complete an ambitious prototype development economically efficiently and successfully within a tight time frame. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialist offices, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

I would like to sincerely thank you on behalf of SUCABO GbR for the work performed. Mr. Glaser was and is engaged in our project "Development of a sensor board" as a consultant and he was able to distinguish himself through his competent knowledge and his structured way of working. Always friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure for me to work with him on a project! Further joint projects will follow.

Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser tackled the topic holistically: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a work of art was created that far exceeded our expectations for robustness and user-friendliness. We are still thrilled! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence in one person.

Johannes, I'm sure we'll work together again!

As project and deputy department head, I would like to highlight the outstanding performance of Engineer Glaser on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research with this review. In the course of the research project ROBBE - Robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser, as an external development engineer, made an important contribution to the success of the project.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with WLAN and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially seemed like a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: To achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, demanding mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the C++ programming language on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive to us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box before the agreed delivery date. Within a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also produced the hardware, including 3D printing and CNC milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the detailed documentation, as well as the well-founded presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measuring technology, exceeded our expectations. Thank you and respect for the excellent work and great cooperation.

Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his grasp of the matter and his structured approach. He immediately understood what was important to me; created a concept from my ideas and implemented it in reality in no time. Our collaboration is characterized by the fact that I can express my wishes and shortly afterwards am delighted with the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stable, reliable and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc-Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-digit number of end devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their specifications immediately. Thus the software is continuously optimized for customer wishes and grows with us.

In this review it is important to me to particularly highlight communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very accessible and easy to reach, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. From an economic point of view, the collaboration with Mr. Glaser is also an excellent investment that has paid off several times over.

I would recommend him as a 'hidden tip', as he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.
