This year we wanted to show something special at our trade fair booth.

While looking for an exhibition builder for extraordinary exhibits I came across engineer Glaser. Already one day after my request the first online meeting took place. Johannes understood our concern immediately and worked out a trade-fair-ready concept overnight that hit the technical aspects on point and combined them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we could view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was thrilled.

During the entire project phase Johannes kept us up to date via a website with pictures, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we had been there live. Spontaneous phone calls and short-notice meetings were possible at any time. We were particularly pleased about the personal visit to the booth after project completion. The reliable and trustworthy collaboration with Johannes contributed significantly to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design and technical know-how in one person. From planning through manufacturing to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great commitment and much attention to detail. Thank you for the great project and the extremely professional collaboration!

The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. Interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who had built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him.

We must under no circumstances fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an automated guided vehicle the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was project-decisive. Furthermore, from today's perspective, the maximum top gain for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted to - generally not write reviews. However, this indeed almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes within electronics and programming has now created the necessity to make our findings about working with him accessible to anyone who wants to read them. For us at least, Johannes is now the yardstick in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could juggle so precisely - almost virtuoso - with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. This is, as mentioned, indeed "breathtaking" for us. And - this must be explicitly mentioned - not only in theoretical boasting and proposing possible solutions (for that the world offers companies and freelancers "en masse"); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his proposed solutions on an electronic board, which then also work flawlessly on first request. And that also at top speed. For this we must and can bow, carried by deep conviction, and take our hats off "Chapeau" my dear Johannes "Chapeau". It may be that this, our statement, may seem overheated; but any reader can verify the truthfulness of what we have presented about Johannes within their own project where they are stuck. We are sure, he cannot disappoint.

As part of a development project we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the circuit board in industrial quality we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative approaches to solutions.

Mr. Glaser's office response times were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and conducted with all the possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Queries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser, despite procurement issues in the electrotechnical supply chains, we succeeded in economically efficiently and successfully completing an ambitious prototype development within a very tight timeframe. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialized firms, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give Mr. Glaser our recommendation.

Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser tackled the topic holistically: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a piece of art was created that far exceeded our expectations for robustness and user-friendliness. We are still thrilled! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence united in one person.

Johannes, I'm sure we'll work together again!

As project and deputy department head, I would like on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research to highlight with this review the outstanding performance of Engineer Glaser. In the course of the research project ROBBE - Robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the dismantling of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser, as an external development engineer, made an important contribution to the project's success.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with WLAN and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially appeared to be a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: to achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, demanding mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the C++ programming language on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive to us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box before the agreed delivery date. In a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D printing and CNC milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware, as well as the comprehensive documentation, the well-founded presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measuring technology, exceeded our expectations. Thank you and respect for the excellent work and great collaboration.

Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his grasp and structured approach. He immediately understood what was important to me; turned my ideas into a concept and implemented them in reality in no time. Our collaboration is characterized by me being able to express my wishes and shortly afterwards being delighted with the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc-Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-figure number of end devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their specifications immediately. This way the software is continuously optimized to customer wishes and grows with us.

In this review, it is important to me to particularly emphasize communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very easy and directly reachable, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. Even economically, working with Mr. Glaser is an excellent investment that has paid off several times by now.

I would recommend him as a 'hidden gem' because he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.
