This year we wanted to show something special at our trade show booth.

When searching for a trade show builder for extraordinary exhibits I came across engineer Glaser. Already one day after my inquiry the first online meeting took place. Johannes understood our concerns immediately and worked out a trade-show-ready concept overnight that pinpointed the technical aspects and combined them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we were able to view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was enthusiastic.

Throughout the entire project phase Johannes kept us up to date via a website with pictures, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we had been there live. Spontaneous phone calls and short-notice meetings were always possible. We were especially pleased about the personal visit to the trade show booth after project completion. The reliable and trusting collaboration with Johannes contributed significantly to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design and technical know-how in one person. From planning to manufacturing to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great commitment and a lot of attention to detail. Thank you for the great project and the extremely professional collaboration!

The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. Interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him.

We must under no circumstances fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an unmanned industrial truck the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Furthermore, from today's perspective, the maximum top gain for us and this project. We have - and wanted - in the past generally not to write reviews. However, this indeed almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes within electronics and programming has now created the necessity to make our findings of the collaboration with him available to anyone who wants to read them. For us at least Johannes is now the benchmark in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could so accurately - almost virtuoso - juggle controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. That is, as mentioned, indeed for us "breathtaking". And—this must be explicitly mentioned—not only in theoretical palavering and proposing possible solutions (there are companies and freelancers available worldwide "en masse" for that); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his solution proposals on an electronic board, which then on first request also work without complaint. And that also at top speed. For that we can and must, carried by deep conviction, bow and take off our hats "Chapeau" my dear Johannes "Chapeau". It may be that this, our statement may seem overheated; but any reader can verify the truthfulness of our account with Johannes within their own project if they get stuck. We are sure, he cannot disappoint.

Coupled with the hope of being able to keep you with us in the long term.

As part of a development project, we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the circuit board in industrial quality, we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solutions.

The response times from Mr. Glaser's office were extraordinarily fast, the work effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and conducted using all possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Inquiries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, we succeeded in completing an ambitious prototype development economically efficient and successfully within a tight timeframe. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of professional offices, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

On behalf of SUCABO GbR, I would like to sincerely thank him for the work performed. Mr. Glaser was and is acting as a consultant within our project "Development of a sensor board" and he was able to distinguish himself very well through his competent knowledge and his structured working method. Always friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure for me to work with him on a project! Further joint projects will follow.

As project and deputy department head, I would like to highlight on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research the outstanding performance of Engineer Glaser with this review. In the course of the research project ROBBE - robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser made an important contribution to the success of the project as an external development engineer.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with WLAN and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially appeared to be a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: to achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, sophisticated mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the C++ programming language on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive to us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box before the agreed delivery date. Within a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D-printed and CNC-milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the detailed documentation, the well-founded presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measuring technology exceeded our expectations. Many thanks and respect for the excellent work and great collaboration.

Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his grasp and his structured approach. He immediately understood what was important to me; created a concept from my ideas and implemented it in reality in no time. Our collaboration is marked by the fact that I can express my wishes and shortly thereafter am delighted with the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc-Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-figure number of end devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their specifications immediately. Thus the software is continuously optimized for customer wishes and grows with us.

In this review it is important to me to particularly emphasize communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very easy and direct to reach, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. From an economic point of view, working with Mr. Glaser is also an excellent investment that has already paid off several times.

I would recommend him as a 'insider tip', as he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.
