This year we wanted to show something special at our trade fair booth.

While searching for an exhibitor builder for extraordinary exhibits, I came across engineer Glaser. Already one day after my inquiry the first online meeting took place. Johannes immediately understood our concern and worked out an exhibition-ready concept overnight that brings the technical aspects to the point and combines them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we were able to view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was enthusiastic.

During the entire project phase Johannes kept us up to date via a website with pictures, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we had been there live. Spontaneous phone calls and short-notice meetings were always possible. We were particularly pleased about the personal visit to the booth after project completion. The reliable and trustworthy collaboration with Johannes contributed significantly to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design and technical know-how in one person. From planning to production to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great commitment and much attention to detail. Thank you for the great project and the extremely professional collaboration!

The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. The interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him further.

We must and may under no circumstances fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an automated guided vehicle, the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Furthermore, from today's perspective, the maximum top gain for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted - fundamentally not to write reviews. However, this indeed almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes within electronics and programming has now made it necessary to make our findings of the collaboration with him accessible to anyone who wants to read it. For us at least Johannes is today the benchmark in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could juggle so precisely - almost virtuoso - with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. That is, as mentioned, indeed 'breathtaking' for us. And that - it must be explicitly mentioned - not only in theoretical talk and proposing possible solutions (there are companies and freelancers 'en masse' available worldwide); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his proposed solutions on an electronics board, which then also function without objection on the first request. And that then also at top speed. For this we can and must bow, carried by deep conviction, and take off our hats 'Chapeau' my dear Johannes 'Chapeau'. It may be that this statement of ours may seem overheated; but any reader within their own project, with which they are not progressing, can check the truthfulness of what we have stated with Johannes. We are sure, he cannot disappoint.

As part of a development project, we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the industrial-quality circuit board, we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solution approaches.

The response times from Mr. Glaser's office were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and carried out with all the possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Queries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser, we succeeded in completing an ambitious prototype development economically efficiently and successfully within a tight timeframe, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialist offices, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

I would like to sincerely thank you on behalf of SUCABO GbR for the work performed. Mr. Glaser was and is acting as a consultant within our project "Development of a sensor board" and he was able to distinguish himself very much through his competent knowledge and his structured way of working. Always friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure for me to work with him on a project! Further joint projects will follow.

Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser took a holistic approach to the subject: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a work of art was created that far exceeded our expectations of robustness and user-friendliness. We are still enthusiastic! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence combined in one person.

Johannes, I'm sure we'll work together again!

As project and deputy department manager, I would like to highlight on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research the outstanding performance of Engineer Glaser with this review. In the course of the research project ROBBE - Robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser, as an external development engineer, made an important contribution to the success of the project.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with WLAN and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially seemed like a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: in order to achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, demanding mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the programming language C++ on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive for us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box even before the agreed delivery date. Within a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D printing and CNC milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the detailed documentation, the well-founded presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measuring technology exceeded our expectations.
