This year we wanted to show something special at our trade fair booth.

When searching for an exhibition builder for extraordinary exhibits I came across Ingenieur Glaser. Already one day after my inquiry the first online meeting took place. Johannes understood our concern immediately and overnight developed a trade-fair-ready concept that brings the technical aspects to the point and combines them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we were able to view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was enthusiastic.

During the entire project phase Johannes kept us up to date via a website with pictures, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we had been there live. Spontaneous phone calls and short-notice meetings were possible at any time. We were particularly pleased about the personal visit to the trade fair booth after project completion. The reliable and trusting collaboration with Johannes contributed significantly to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design and technical know-how in one person. From planning to manufacturing to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great commitment and a lot of attention to detail. Thank you for the great project and the extremely professional collaboration!

The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. Interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him.

We must under no circumstances fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for an unmanned industrial truck the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Moreover, from today's perspective, the greatest possible benefit for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted to - generally not write reviews. However, this truly almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes within electronics and programming has now created the necessity to make our findings about working with him accessible to anyone who wants to read them. For us at least, Johannes is today the measure of all things within electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors could juggle so precisely - almost virtuously - with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software. This is, as mentioned, indeed 'breathtaking' for us. And this must be explicitly mentioned - not only in theoretical boasting and proposing possible solutions (there are companies and freelancers 'en masse' available worldwide); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his proposed solutions on an electronics board, which then also function flawlessly upon first request. And that at top speed. For this we must and can bow, carried by deep conviction, and take our hats off 'Chapeau' my dear Johannes 'Chapeau'. It may be that this, our statement, may seem overheated; but any reader can verify the truthfulness of what we presented with Johannes in their own project if they get stuck. We are sure, he will not disappoint.

As part of a development project we found Mr. Glaser via an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the industrial-quality circuit board we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solution approaches.

Mr. Glaser's office response times were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were professionally organized and conducted with all possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Inquiries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser we managed, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, to complete an ambitious prototype development economically efficiently and successfully within a tight time frame. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialist firms, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

I would like to sincerely thank you on behalf of SUCABO GbR for the work performed. Mr. Glaser was and is acting as a consultant in our project "Development of a sensor board" and he was able to distinguish himself through his competent knowledge and his structured way of working. Always friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure for me to work with him on a project! Further joint projects will follow.

Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser approached the topic holistically: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a piece of art was created that far exceeded our expectations of robustness and user-friendliness. We are still thrilled! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade shows.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence united in one person.

As project and deputy department head, I would like to highlight on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research the outstanding performance of engineer Glaser with this review. In the course of the research project ROBBE - Robot-assisted processing of assemblies during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants - Mr. Glaser, as an external development engineer, made an important contribution to the success of the project.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with Wi-Fi and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially seemed like a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: To achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, demanding mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the C++ programming language on a microcontroller. Therefore it was all the more impressive for us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box even before the agreed delivery date. In a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D printing and CNC milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the detailed documentation, the well-founded presentation of the development steps and the use of professional measuring technology exceeded our expectations. Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his grasp and structured approach. He immediately understood what mattered to me; turned my ideas into a concept and implemented them into reality in no time. What characterizes our collaboration is that I can express my wishes and shortly after I am delighted with the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc-Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for audit-proof document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-digit number of end devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their requirements immediately. Thus the software is continually optimized to customer wishes and grows with us.

In this review it is important to me to particularly highlight the communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very reachable and direct, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. Also economically, the collaboration with Mr. Glaser is an excellent investment that has paid off to date several times over.

I would recommend him as a "hidden gem", as he masters his field in a virtuoso way and is unique with his precision and speed.
