Great product. Our company develops complex radar sensors and systems. Conveying how they work and their benefits to the customer is difficult without specialist knowledge. The task three years ago was to build a demonstration model for our trade shows that is both self-explanatory and impressive to our customers.

With Ingenieurbüro Glaser we found a company that thrilled us from the very first second. Johannes Glaser listened to us very carefully and understood precisely what we wanted and needed. Thanks to the extensive equipment of his machine park, he was able to incorporate innovative ideas and possibilities, so that in the end the finished radar demonstrator clearly exceeded our expectations.

What we particularly appreciate is the perfect adherence to time and costs. The quality manufacturing with the appropriate finish. The comprehensive and far-sighted planning as an overall project. Among other things, Mr. Glaser also thought through the transport logistics very carefully. After three years we now have long-term experience from well over seven trade shows where the demonstration model was used. It was also important to us that Ingenieurbüro Glaser provided comprehensive service and interchangeable parts so that the trade show model still looks like the first day.

In the meantime we have the second trade show demonstrator in continuous use for a very important new product and the third is in planning.

According to our calculations the demonstration model paid for itself after just 2–3 trade shows. We receive very positive feedback from customers and other exhibitors, and we were able to significantly increase our lead success by double digits partly thanks to Mr. Glaser's trade show models. By the way, we also use the trade show exhibits permanently in our office for customer meetings outside of trade shows, so 365 days a year.

There is only one reason not to recommend Ingenieurbüro Glaser: because then he would eventually have no time left for our new projects!

This year we wanted to show something special at our trade booth.

When searching for a trade show builder for extraordinary exhibits I came across Ingenieur Glaser. Just one day after my inquiry the first online meeting took place. Johannes immediately understood our concern and overnight developed a trade-show-ready concept that gets the technical aspects to the point and combines them with aesthetic design. A real eye-catcher with glowing clouds of fluorescent granulate under UV light. Brilliant! Already one meeting later we were able to view the 3D model virtually in our office via AR. The entire Hygienic-Seal team from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was enthusiastic.

During the entire project phase Johannes kept us updated via a website with images, videos and greetings from the workshop. Almost as if we were there live. Spontaneous calls and short-notice meetings were possible at any time. We were particularly pleased about the personal visit to the trade booth after project completion. The reliable and trusting collaboration with Johannes contributed significantly to the success of our project.

Johannes combines creativity, design and technical know-how in one person. From planning and manufacturing to the practical transport case, he implemented everything with great dedication and a lot of attention to detail. The Hygienic Seal demonstrator was a complete success at drinktec in Munich. Interest was very high and many visitors wanted to know who built the demonstrator. Of course we enthusiastically recommended him.

We must under no circumstances fail to present our statement / our review for Johannes Glaser, electrical engineer in Nordheim.

On our depressing search for a programmer for a driverless industrial truck, the fortunate contact with Johannes Glaser at the end of 2021 was decisive for the project. Moreover, from today's perspective, it represents the maximum top benefit for us and this project. In the past we have - and wanted to - generally not write reviews. However, the almost breathtaking reliability and competence of Johannes in electronics and programming has now compelled us to make our findings from the collaboration with him available to anyone who wants to read them. For us at least, Johannes is now the yardstick in electrical engineering and programming. None of his predecessors were able to juggle with controllers as hardware and his programs written in C++ as software so precisely - almost virtuously. This is, as mentioned, indeed “breathtaking” for us. And — this must be explicitly mentioned — not only in theoretical talk and proposing possible solutions (for that the world has companies and freelancers “en masse” available); but factually, actually and consistently with the identical, physical delivery of his proposed solutions on a circuit board, which then also work without complaint on first request. And then also at top speed. For that we can and must bow and take off our hats, carried by deep conviction: “Chapeau” my dear Johannes “Chapeau”. It may be that this, our statement, may seem overheated; but any reader can verify the truthfulness of what we have presented about Johannes within their own project in which they are stuck. We are sure he will not disappoint.

As part of a development project, we found Mr. Glaser by an online search for a suitable developer for a demanding microelectronic circuit. From the first contact through several meetings to the completion of the industrial-quality circuit board, we were excellently supported. His dynamic, open and fresh manner fit well with our project team and was very conducive to creative solutions.

The response times from Mr. Glaser's office were extraordinarily fast, the processing effective and the result excellent. The online meetings were organized professionally and conducted using all possibilities of modern visualization technology. Thus, despite the Corona pandemic, we were always very well informed about the current development status. Queries and short-term change requests were handled very competently, quickly and accommodatingly.

With Mr. Glaser we succeeded, despite procurement problems in the electrical supply chains, in completing an ambitious prototype development economically efficiently and successfully within a tight timeframe. Mr. Glaser embodies the young, innovative and flexible generation of specialist offices, of which there are unfortunately too few on the market. We clearly give our recommendation for Mr. Glaser.

I would like to warmly thank you on behalf of SUCABO GbR for the work performed. Mr. Glaser was and is acting as a consultant in our project 'Development of a sensor board' and he was able to distinguish himself very much through his competent knowledge and his structured way of working. Passion meets Quality - Ich hatte nur eine grobe Vorstellung, wie unser Radar-Messedemonstrator aussehen sollte. Klar war jedoch, welche Aspekte der Radartechnologie damit dargestellt werden sollten. Zum Glück fand ich Ingenieur Glaser, er übernahm die Aufgabe mit großer Leidenschaft und Ideenreichtum. In wenigen produktiven Video-Calls wurde das Konzept schnell klar und die Umsetzung begann parallel.

Johannes Glaser approached the topic holistically: electromechanics, software, packaging, even fluid technology as well as design and marketing.

Within a very short time a masterpiece was created that far exceeded our expectations for robustness and user-friendliness. We are still enthusiastic! The demonstrator is now used internationally at trade fairs.

I have never encountered such strong commitment, technical ingenuity and universal competence in one person.

As project and deputy department head, I would like to use this review to highlight the outstanding performance of Engineer Glaser on behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research. In the course of the research project ROBBE - Robot-assisted processing of assemblies during nuclear power plant decommissioning - Mr. Glaser, as an external development engineer, made an important contribution to the success of the project.

The task was to develop a mobile sensor box with WLAN and an inertial measurement unit (IMU). What initially seemed like a manageable project quickly turned out to be a complex task: to achieve the highest precision in recording orientation in 3D space, sophisticated mathematical algorithms such as singular value decomposition and Kalman filters had to be implemented in the C++ programming language on a microcontroller. Therefore, it was all the more impressive to us that Mr. Glaser presented a high-performance sensor box before the agreed delivery date. In a very short time he not only refined the original concept, programmed the software and developed the electronics, but also manufactured the hardware, including 3D-printed and CNC-milled parts.

The outstanding quality of the delivered software and hardware as well as the detailed documentation, as well as the well-founded presentation of the development steps and use of professional measurement technology, exceeded our expectations. Thank you and great respect for the excellent work and great collaboration.

Since 2016 Mr. Glaser has been developing professional software solutions for our company, the wero group. From the beginning I was impressed by his powers of comprehension and his structured approach. He immediately understood what mattered to me; created a concept from my ideas and implemented it into reality in no time. Our collaboration is characterized by the fact that I can express my wishes and shortly afterwards I am enthusiastic about the results. What Mr. Glaser programs with foresight runs stably, reliably and is very user-friendly. A good example of this is our Doc Manager software, which is now used by over 100 of our customers for compliant document management. The software has been running smoothly on a total four-figure number of devices for years. Our customers can contact Mr. Glaser directly, who implements their requirements immediately. Thus the software is continuously optimized according to customer requests and grows with us.

In this review it is important for me to particularly emphasize the communication with Mr. Glaser. He is very good and directly reachable, uncomplicated, asks the right questions and exceeds expectations. Also from an economic point of view, the cooperation with Mr. Glaser is an excellent investment that has already paid off several times.

I would recommend him as a 'hidden tip' because he masters his field in a virtuosic way and is unique in his precision and speed.
